Quick and easy phone appointment for service. Got a gracious reminder the day before the appointment. Polite and quick "check-in" at the dealership. Waiting room was very comfortable, spacious, and quiet. The free coffee was surprisingly good for machine coffee! Very communicative...even got a couple of updates from Tyler on the service during the procedure. Easy and quick check out (Tyler again). There were no negatives here! The cost was reasonable and well worth the professionalism of the employees. Definitely made a regular out of me!

Best auto service experience I’ve ever had — and I’ve been in the car business for years. Carie was phenomenal, second only to Beemer the cat. She kept me posted throughout my stay, explained everything clearly, and gave precise instructions for the follow-up appointment. I loved being able to book online — super convenient — and the text alerts and reminders were a great touch. The shop is state-of-the-art, spotless, and the waiting area is top-notch with great amenities. It was also impressive seeing two salespeople close deals with service customers — clearly trained and intentional. It’s rare to see that level of coordination between service and sales. Overall, a well-run, professional operation from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Appt set up was easy!! Upon arrival I was immediately greeted and didn’t have to wait a long time before service. My service rep was very knowledgeable, approachable and helpful. Will definitely be returning back for recommended services and hope that Reed will continue to be my service advisor!!

We had a wonderful experience at BMW. They were the only ones open on July 4th. Alexx was ours sales person and she was super easy and chill to deal with. The entire transaction was seamless. My favorite part is they have Beamer, a cat on site and I just absolutely loved that. Also got to meet Alexx's dog. Definitely recommend!

The service technicians are incredibly skilled, and it shows in the quality of their work every time I bring my vehicle in. I always receive quality service from the service staff, who are professional, attentive, and committed to making sure everything is done right. It’s reassuring to know my car is in such capable hands. Highly recommend!
