Excellent experience dealing with BMW of Roseville. The salesperson, Cassandra Bird was one of the best I have ever dealt with. The sales manager, Rob was also appreciated for his honesty and professionalism. I truly felt they went above and beyond to make this buying experience seamless!

Took my car in for its first oil change. Service was excellent. I was given a loaner which was a super easy process. The tech that did the service sent me a video that detailed the multipoint inspection he did and gave a verbal report of the car’s status. When I picked up my car, I was given a multi page report with all of the details from the video. Excellent service from BMW of Roseville.

I recently had an issue with my BMW X5 and took it to the dealership for repairs. I was blown away by the outstanding service I received, particularly from Robert, the services advisor. He was super knowledgeable, took the time to answer all my questions, and really put my mind at ease. The repairs were done right and on time, and I'm thrilled with how my car's running now. Big shoutout to Robert and the entire team for their hard work - really appreciate it! 😊

Service advisor, Chris, always seems to be able to have things done fast and accurately, no issues for me when I have to have work performed. Been taking my BMW there for about 5 years and no complaints. Would recommend --

This was our first visit to Roseville BMW for our sons 128i. We worked with Laura and she was great. Laura was super knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to us. I appreciated her making reasonable suggestions for maintenance and helping me decide which services to do immediately and which could wait until next time. Laura was honest and trustworthy. I will be returning in the next few weeks with my other BMW.
