Placed an online order for parts and I picked up in person. Victor and his coworker were fantastic, very friendly and personable but the star of my experience was Marcellus Duru from the service desk - I appreciate you Sir. Never shipped my parts and held $1k from me for a month. After I paid TWICE. Couldn’t get anyone on the phone in the parts department either.

Not responding to numerous emails and calls. buyer beware! Took my money and never shipped parts or responded. I have ordered from them successfully in the past many times but something must have changed recently because receipt said "sons bavarian" and it never used to. Have disputed the cc transaction.

Terrible parts department I ordered a fuel pump that need an additional wiring harness to work and they seem to not care that I needed that part as well when ordering. When I called back to get it corrected they didn't care at all about my problem and just wanted to transfer me around to different people.

I have ordered multiple times from BMW of South Atlanta. They are a real parts department with a reasonably priced web presence. Help if you need. Questions for you if something seems a little off. Prompt shipping. What else do you want?
