Mavis Tires & Brakes

We had an excellent experience with Mavis Tires & Brakes! We were on a road trip and got a flat tire. When we arrived, they got us in quickly. They also had the tire, not just the size, but the brand/model, to match our other tires. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They understood our situation and did everything they could to accommodate us. I highly recommend Mavis Tires & Brakes!

I had a great experience at Mavis on Jonesboro Rd. I called the morning of the day I went in for a price check on a tire, and they honored the lowest price when I came in. I got a tire replaced around 5pm without an appointment and I was almost in and out. Super fast service and excellent customer service. Thanks!

I honestly pass by at least two other Mavis locations and definitely tons of automotive repair businesses, just to come to this particular location. I travel the distance for the great service. I appreciate how professional their Manager (Donnie) is & has been over the years. He and the older guy in the last garage bay seem to have a great understanding of what's needed to get my car in and out. I am a single mom so I find comfort in knowing I'm not getting taken advantage of. I take my car and I've recommended them to my coworkers, we all have made them "our car guys", lol...

I had an unexpected flat due to a pothole. Donnie was incredibly helpful. They assisted me right away, got my tire replaced quickly, and provided great customer service throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

I came to get my oil change and breaks done. All the employees there had a great attitude and were all helpful in answering my questions and getting my service done. Special thanks to Omar and Stephen for helping me with my car. They were very patient and informative with me and I will definitely not go anywhere else but to those two if I need an oil or tire change.
