BMW of Sterling Service Center

I have found the advisers (Tasha & Marco in particular) to be friendly, excellent, & unusually good at advocating _for_ the customer instead of against them. Waiting room is spacious and great for work. Prices are consistently better than I expected.

I have been a long time customer of BMW of Sterling Service Department. My experience at this place has always been amazing!!! My service advisors treated me like a royalty. Marco, Sean and Tasha are great at what they do. I remember the time when I had my performance SUV and needed constant changing of my tires, the service department will offer me a loaner car till my new tires arrived. The quality of work they do to my cars has been nothing but TOP NOTCH service. If you get your service done look for Marco, Sean and Tasha you will be taken care of I promise you that!

I went to check out the MINIs, and Angel was an amazing advisor! He really took the time to help me find a car that matched all the features I was looking for. The whole process took about four hours—I actually left when they were closing—but Angel was still incredibly helpful, patiently walking me through all the car’s functions.
