My simple and honest review of Saad and the BMW shack .Probably the most professional, the most courteous and the most complete and trustworthy owner and mechanic that I have found in the past 15 years that I have been buying the z3s and z4s. When you walk in Saad greets you with a smile and a warm handshake. He will listen to every concern you have. He will never take advantage or suggest that he found some other things wrong and he's going to supply the parts. He allowed me to purchase the parts and he only charged me by the hour for Labor. This is unheard of in this business because all two often we get taken for a ride and get discouraged when we lose our trust in people. So with that being said it is without any hesitation that I recommend all of my friends in the Z3 and Z4 clubs to
Awesome service. I highly recommend BMW Shack. Brought my BMW here and the owner Saad took the time out to figure out the issue I was having. Discussed what needed to be fixed and while doing the job even sent me a video of the work being performed. Very honest and thorough. Would definitely bring my car back again if needed. I've had my bmw for alittle over a month and went here for an oil change, very quick and reasonably priced. Yesterday I had a pretty bad coolant leak and needed to pull over on my way to the shop. They came and picked me up and towed my car to the shop during a busy time. My car was ready to pickup the next morning. I'll be bring my bmw here any time I need to.
Went to get my headlight fixed he ordered the headlight the headlight it was a defective headlight he charged me $2400 the next day the headlight had condescension that's why I took it there from the beginning. I looked at it when I brought it back he said the headlight seal was broken. He said he don't warranty it. Stay as far away from this place. Scam. This place doesn't deserve 1 star. Way overpriced rip off
