I ordered a thermostat, but I was hesitant because I’m not very experienced and I’m doing the repair myself. I reached out to ask about their return policy, and they responded quickly. Shortly after, they followed up to let me know that the thermostat is an electrical part and is not returnable, and asked if I still wanted to proceed with the order. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism — that kind of ethical customer service is rare these days — and I wanted to leave a review to recognize it.

I strongly advise against buying from this company. I ordered some parts, and just two days later, they canceled the order. It’s now been nearly two months, and I still haven’t received a refund. They claimed they never received the funds, but my bank confirmed that the money was pulled from my account and sent to them. I followed up with three separate emails, and I’ve received no response at all. The lack of communication and the conflicting information they’ve given me make this whole operation feel like a scam. I hope others see this review and avoid making the same mistake I did.

I placed my 1st order with this company and received my part within a few days. There was no problem with the part I received.

DO NOT order from this business unless you know you have the correct part. My first time ordering and the part does not fit. Their response was their nonrefundable return policy and restocking fee of 25%. I will not order again - too many other businesses that try to help you and don’t have such ridiculous policies in this day in time. Obviously customer service not repeat customers is not a priority.
