Where do I begin from the moment I arrived until I left I received great customer service. My car needed some work done. Hands down Bo Lindsey knows his stuff and is honest. He is by far the best mechanic in the VALLEY! Do NOT go anywhere else. I went to multiple places only to not get the job done right or did other unnecessary things. He is the only mechanic you will ever need!

Ever since I took my car to this workshop, I’ve had nothing but problems. I spent over $5,000 on repairs and would expect everything to be put back together properly. Instead, I found loose wires, loose parts, and even discovered that my battery connections weren’t tightened, which left me stranded on the side of the road. I’ve also found bolts and tools under the hood with no idea where they belong, just lying there. I would expect more from a shop after such expensive repairs. Whoever worked on my car did not do a good job. I had to bring my car back several times to have things replaced or reinstalled because something broke or wasn’t properly installed. My car would be left there all day with no updates on what was happening. They told me it would be done the same day, but it ended up

Honestly, part of me hesitated to write this review because it feels like sharing a 'best-kept secret'. You know… the place you almost want to keep to yourself. But a great business deserve to be recognized. So, if you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy mechanic who won’t jerk you around, Bo Knows Auto is it. Plain and simple.

Wow, I just got back from taking my car to Bo for the first time my check engine light was on. I was greeted by Rich a very nice guy and he said they would look at it and get back to me. Within an hour and a half Rich said it was the gasoline cap and would order it and get back to me when the car would be ready. My bill was only the cost of the gas cap and no labor charge, now that’s honesty I know where I’ll take my car for any repair. Thank you

I had to get my car towed to a mechanic recently. I had it towed to Bo Knows and they had me up and running the very next day. They gave me a quote that was higher because they were looking at worst case scenario. They found out what was causing me to lose oil pressure. To fix it was a lot less than what was quoted. I appreciate their honesty and not taking advantage of my situation. I will definitely be using them again for any maintenance and repairs.
