I, was a new customer to Good Year in Copa.I had the pleasure of consulting with Kevin, and Allen for my Buick air conditioner Condenser.$$$$. They eased my concerns due the the costly repairs over 1,600 in repair cost. I was grateful to discover they excepted my extended warranty plan coverage through Carshield. Kevin and Allen were both extremely knowledgeable and the dignosed my air conditioning problems quickly. Kevin, Allen, and Crew worked together to provide excellent service. I’ve lived in Maricopa for six years and have used several car repair shops in the city for my two vehicles. This is the first time I’ve ever submitted a review. I wholeheartedly recommend and support this location. They are consistently available, fast, fair, and provide excellent customer service. They are willing to work with you as best they can when things are tight financially as well. Their Easypay option has been especially helpful when extensive work was needed, allowing me to get my car repaired without the pressure of paying the full amount upfront—something I wasn’t offered at other shops.

This is hands down one of the best auto shops I’ve ever been to. The work is top quality, the pricing is honest, and there’s no pressure or upselling. Alan and his team are true professionals — knowledgeable, straightforward, and easy to trust. Hard to find a shop like this. Highly recommend.

Provided a very competitive price to replace 4 tires and the service was fantastic. Never felt pushed into anything and all feedback was done in a way that made you want to come back. Had others say they will beat any price but if that was true why would I go back to them if they didn’t give me the best price up front
