I saw a car on the lot that had been there for a while. They had lowered the price, so my other half took it for a test drive. The sales person stated at 4000 RPM it had a shake. When I signed papers on the car the mother told me the same. She also stated that their mechanic couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. I had googled symptoms and it was a common problem with the fuel pump. We had checked the oil it was clean. After purchasing it started acting up, not starting. We found that oil additives were used to conceal a knock and that the timing belt had been poorly installed. The motor needs to be replaced. My mistake, because they would give me 10 to 20% trade in towards a different car. No thanks, I wouldn’t trust anything on their lot! I should have read their reviews first. BIG

I went with my girlfriend to get a car, didn’t get it the day we went but John said that the cars had been inspected and worked on. That they had another car coming but it had issues and was being worked on. My girl goes back a couple days later and gets a Denali. Then a couple weeks later the transmission starts to crap out so she calls them. They denied that they said the cars get worked on and denied everything. So my girl is having to go to a different dealership to have it fixed. They sell cars that, if they are worked on, have temporary fixes done. Have it looked at by a mechanic before or right after you buy from them. Or just go somewhere else.

I'm a disabled senior citizen.I needed a dependable car and was told they had a great selection. I really wish I had read the reviews first. I had saved my disability check to purchase a car that worked . I gave them $5000. For 2007 subaru Forester. I drove the car less than a week. Probably less than 5 hours total. I took my kids and grandkids 1 mile to the swimming pool, and the car started smoking and overheated as we left the pool . Beyond being embarrassed ,because my family thinks I got ripped off. I have no way to get around, and Im not about to get around by myself(my family were down from Portland). Im sending a copy of this to the BBB and the Secretary of State. These people wrote my husband a purchase order for a 2009 Chevy Tahoe then as my husband got the approval and financing (which THEY KNEW he was getting) for the vehicle he showed up to find out that they sold the exact same vehicle and let the people drive off with the vehicle my husband was approved to purchase. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

My daughter and son in law purchased a 2006 Ford f150 for 9000 dollars on 2/9/24. They drove the truck to Sacramento coming back on 2/11/24 the engine seized up. We had the truck towed back to Klamath falls. Bob and Carol would not stand by what they sold. They told the kids well you can take it to the mechanic we use but you are responsible for the repairs. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from these horrible people that won’t stand by what they sell. Zero stars warning do not get anything from Bob and Carols family dealership they really don’t care about family
