Bob and Nick German Auto Service

I've been coming here for a few years now and I've never had an issue with them. Bob & Nick used to work out of the same shop(physically) and only recently changed the name from the previous one, "Werkstat." I currently bring my 2008 335i for any issues I can't solve on my own and I used to do the same for my 2002 M3. I come here because they're friendly, fast, trustworthy guys and I recommend them to any European car owner.

Took my 20 year old baby Benz in for servicing when it was idling rough. Needed new sparks and plugs and coils. Bob got the job done in less than a day and as always provided a fair estimate and worked within his quote. I am a repeat, satisfied customer who will return.

Took my wife's 1985 380SL in for a tune up and diagnosis. They diagnosed it and repaired it for less than expected and the car runs amazing. Highly recommend going to Bob and Nick's.

This shop used to be ok. Nowadays it should be avoided unless you like throwing money away. They were willing to misdiagnose an issue to upsell me a part when nothing was wrong with the old part. At the end of the day they replaced an agreed upon item and never said anything about the real culprit of the failure.
