To preface, I rarely give 5 star reviews because that means everything is 100% perfect and that’s not very realistic in life. However, Bob Brady Hyundai has earned a solid 4+ overall. Kyle Costello - my salesperson deserves a solid 5 stars, as does Mike Weber the Sales Manager. So for that experience, I will give them a 5. I’ve had a few less desirable experiences over the last few years, however - the moment the owner and sales manager knew there were issues - they contacted me to sort through things (same day). They worked hard and provided me with a much different experience than I had previously experienced and were very transparent and honest which earned major bonus points. Anthony and Mike are great, worked with me, helped me to get new and reliable transportation, and never once complained, when I couldn't make up my mind. I just kept switching cars whenever I asked them to.And I thank them for being so kind 😊

Friend and I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra from a local dealer in Decatur last month. We purchased a 6 month warranty with the vehicle. After a few weeks a few issues started happening with the Elantra. We figured no big deal, we have a warranty. We brought the Elantra to our local shop to have it looked at. They recommend that we bring it to Bob Brady Hyundai of Decatur. Because they would honor the warranty faster being a Hyundai dealership. After we brought the car to Hyundai. They mentioned it would be a $99 inspection fee to inspect the vehicle to see what the issue was. After a few days Bob Brady Hyundai called us. Brought up the issues and named the price. The $99 inspection fee turned into a $207 fee plus another $1,000 to replace a seal on the oil cap. After saying the warranty

At the dealership now with my uncle. My uncle paid for a used motor to be installed. He also asked for a head light to be changed while they had the car. The service department didnt ask the right questions so the wrong motor was sent to them. On top of that the parts department didnt let the service know that a light was supposed to be installed so now we have to wait two hours for this to be done. What a joke of an outfit.
