Bob Denley's Foreign Car & Park St. Tire

This is the best car repair shop I've ever been to. Bob is thorough, honest, does not ever suggest something unencessary, he always looks for the best way to solve a problem and the cheapest. I have an 11 year old Lexus Rx and one of the tires was constantly 2lbs lower than the others. Everyone I took the car to or asked about it told me rim corrosion and needs to be replaced and it's going to cost $300-$400 minimum per wheel no other way to fix. Bob and his team fixed the existing rim for $50. if you're in this area this is your garage only thing is they're closed on weekends. If u have an jssue here on a weekend go to Mavis in GB they are also pretty good but do push extras.

This review is long over due. Long story short, my wife and I blew a tire and were on the donut (on a Sunday to boot). Called first thing Monday morning as we had to make it back to the big city sooner rather than later. These guys (meaning also gals) were great from the get-go. Tire was a rarity as I drive an older Yaris, but they/we lucked out in having one there by lunch, and Bob had it on not long thereafter. Can't say enough good things: I don't know a thing about cars, but I do know good people, and the lovely woman I spoke to at the front desk and the magician himself did us well as I'm sure they would you too. So if you're ever in a fix out in the Berkshires, I hope this helps a bit. All the best, Chris

This place is great! I was in a pinch and had limited time to schedule my car to be looked at and Bob said bring it on over and he would check it out right then and there—-I am very grateful and appreciative that he took the time and consideration to check what and if my car had a problem. Very nice husband and wife team. Definetly recommend if you are looking for a reliable and honest mechanic. ❤️

I had an exceptional experience with Bob Denley’s business. While I was on a road trip, Bob accepted a last minute walk-in close to their closing time. He is very knowledgeable about cars and explained everything in a way I could understand. He was patient and provided me with great service. I am very thankful for his help so I could continue on my trip without worrying about my safety. The next day, he even called to make sure I made it to my final destination. My car broke down on the Mass Pike far from my home on a Friday afternoon. The tow truck driver wanted to take me to a dealership 20 miles in the wrong direction. Bob Denly’s agreed not only to look at my car but do it that afternoon. After taking it for a long drive, checking every code & then taking me out with him on a long drive Bob correctly said that the car was now fine & I could continue on my trip. He refused to take any payment. Bob is a very nice & kind man. He actually called me the next day to check on the car!!!!! Amazing!
