This was my first visit to Ford’s automotive. I had an oil change and tire rotation. They gave me some good recommendations for things that I will need to do in the future. I was very satisfied with the people and with the service that I got and I’ll be bringing our other car in there sometime soon. I had just moved to the area and Ford’s was recommended to me as a a good garage to develop a relationship with to keep my two cars on the road. I’m glad I visited with them and will be working with them in the future.

I'm new to the area and have been looking for a good mechanic. I have an old car (20 years, 300K miles), that I thought had a transmission fault. Ford's diagnosed the issue as a transfer case problem. The cost of repair exceeded the value of the car, so I didn't have the vehicle repaired. I appreciate Ford's correct diagnostic and straight forward approach. I'll drive the car until it dies, but will have standard, minor work done at Ford's.

What can I Fords went above and beyond over what I was anticipating. Mrs and I were at a campsite for the summer. Our tow vehicle developed a bad alternator. That’s our only means of transportation. Unless we took out the Rv Not knowing the area I started a search for car repair. Expecting a gee we can see it till next week answer. Looking at what options I have. Fords stood out in their reviews. I called explaining my situation. After a few questions as to what my issue was. That I suspected my alternator was on the way out . Luckily they had a 2:30 pm opening the next day . Upon arrival my car went directly into the shop. Based on the information I supplied They took a chance and ordered a replacement alternator the prior evening. I was back on the rd with in an hour. You’re not going to

Ford's auto is exceptional in their customer service. I appreciate that I am never surprised with additional charges. They are very fair and friendly.

While Fords was unable to pinpoint the issue they provided me enough information that I was able to find thst the issue was covered under the vehicle extended warrentee. Well worth the cost
