Bought a Ram through Bob Johnson Ford, and after having the truck in their Ram shop for 3 separate months for an engine replacement/battery cell replacement - luckily covered under warranty After the 3 separate trips to the dealership and back, I brought it home and the next morning I started it just for fuel to come pouring out on my garage floor. Fuel pump wasn't hooked back up correctly. They picked it up from my house and their transport driver ran over my mailbox. Would give 0 stars if I could.

My most recent experience with Bob Johnson was fantastic! Malcolm Misere was my salesperson and he went above and beyond (truly) to make this a great experience! He was so helpful and professional. I bought a new 2025 Durango GT with the Blacktop and Redline packages back in July. I didn't notice during the inspection at the dealership that the front splitter was not connected to the bumper properly on one side. I made an appointment with service to have it fixed only to have the technician drop their drill on the splitter and damage it. No problem, accidents happen. They told me they owed me a new splitter and we left it at that. Now 2 months later I still don't have a new splitter. I called a month ago to be told it was in the paint shop and should be done soon. Fast forward to today and now it is still in the paint shop and no one seems to know when it will be sent back to service... People pay way too much for new vehicles to be treated this way or have to be inconvenienced like

Without a doubt. The worst service department ever. Had to take the vehicle. To a different dealership. To have work completed on a brand new vehicle. Excellent service when buying the vehicle but, that's when the customer service ended. They care up to the point you sign the paper. After that they've already got your money. That's the quote. That even the other Chysler dealership agreed with.
