I was nervous going to a mechanic that wasn't my usual guy, but I desperately needed an oil change, so I decided to go here. I'm very glad I did. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Steve especially was very straight-forward and honest! Richie had a very careful eye and noticed my inspection was up, so we got that sorted in the same visit! I had a fantastic experience at this location! I would gladly go back! The price for the oil change was a bit on the higher side, $111ish, but nothing too outrageous.

I've gone to the Avon location and have always had positive experiences. However the last time I phoned for an appointment the store never got the appointment and thought it was bizarre when I was told to come between 7.30am and 11am, what is this the cable company Steve was very helpful and scheduled me later. Get a better call center

My wife had a flat tire and we had the vehicle towed to the Avon NY Monro Service center. Steve patched the tire and I asked him about the tread and he said the wear bars were showing and suggested they be replaced there was no high pressure sales pitch just advising that they may not be safe for winter driving. I asked about any sale they had and he told me about the Cooper tires buy 3 get one free so I bought them. Steve gave me a great price and provided exceptional service you don't find much of today.

Called for a last minute inspection and these guys got me right in and out. Stephen Cavitt delivered a customer service experience I didn't realize still existed. Honest. Trustworthy and great service. The call center however does not have the ability to see how busy these guys actually are so they were able to get me in 1.5 hours ahead of my scheduled appointment.

I am giving 5 stars. Stephen the manager in Avon is amazing. He is always going above and beyond to take care of his customers needs. Our Avon community is very lucky to have him. Stephen, thank you so much for All you do. We so appreciate you
