I’m so happy with the service that you guys provided when I had a problem with my tire just before I left for a road trip. The towing service was top notch. Everyone was very friendly and honest. Highly recommend Kaisers. 5 Stars!

This company kept me informed the whole time. They worked on my car when brought in even though they were probably already busy. This is our only car and worked with me to get it done as fast as possible. They showed pictures of the problems, which I like . That way I know it was really a problem they were fixing and not just fixing things that my vehicle didn’t need at the time. I like that feature and I know that they are not taking advantage of an elderly lady. I will continue to get my vehicle serviced there. They are very professional and honest.

We recently moved to Parma and we searched for a place to service our vehicles. After searching on Google, I saw that Bob Kaiser’s had extremely good reviews so we decided to give them a try and we are very happy that we did. Everyone is extremely courteous and they communicate every step of the way. After both vehicles were inspected, we received a text with dozens of pictures showing each step of the inspection. What garage does that?? Recently, I needed to have some preventative maintenance done. Their part supplier did not ship one of the hoses. Bob Kaiser’s bought the part from a local car dealer and ate the extra cost. They stayed in touch every step until the car was completed. We plan to continue to use Bob Kaiser’s for the courteous professional service and fair prices.

The service I received was a typical Oil Change, Oil Filter, and Tire Rotation. The price was fair. The Free Safety Inspection was comprehensive. The pictures were very helpful. Everyone was friendly and professional.

If you’re like me, owning high milage cars that are now needing maintenance, I feel it is still a less expensive to have your car repaired verses buying new, that is if you rely on Bob Kaiser’s to do your repairs. A friendly professional staff that goes over your car front to back and provides you with images and videos of what they feel is of concern. They rank their concerns from good to what requires immediate attention and allows you to chose what you want to have repaired, no pressure. Then they do the repairs in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. I still maintain my own cars, but sometimes there are repairs that are very difficult or even dangerous without the proper equipment, Bob Kaiser’s handles those jobs and I’ve never been disappointed with their work.
