WOW! Less than 24 hours ago, we found the truck we were looking for online at BOB LUEGERS MOTORS in Jasper, IN, just 45 minutes from home! It was a Sunday night, yet we filled out the online form, providing contact information and more details. Early Monday morning, JAKE STERNBERG got in touch with us, and after a phone call, we headed to JASPER and JAKE, and in less than two hours, we were headed back home in our truck!😊 JAKE was extremely PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE, and POLITE! When we purchased a new Enclave last year, we never imagined it would come with the issues it did, especially since our previous Enclave had been such a great experience. We are incredibly grateful for the way BJoe and Dave worked to make things right. They truly listened to our concerns, apologized repeatedly, and ultimately got us into a new Enclave. I’m confident this level of care and follow-through wouldn’t happen at many other dealerships—proof that outstanding customer service still exists. I want to thank Sam Beach and Bob Leugers for getting me back in the right pickup with the right options at the right price. Working from my truck M-F, I don't have time to negotiate.
