I worked with Mitch Nelson at Ruxer to buy a used BMW they had. Even though Ruxer is a Ford dealership, Mitch took the time to learn what he could about the car beforehand so that when I came in for a test drive he was as prepared as could be. Mitch was so professional and kind; I have zero complaints. Plus, the entire team who was working that day were kind and welcoming to us, especially my two year old daughter who ran rampant the entire two hours we were there. 10/10 recommend!
