Christian W. was great! He really helped show us the car, test drive was great, got through the paperwork really fast, helped with the insurance and finance process, and made the process easy. My wife and I were in the market for a used SUV so we did some research on cars in our price range and saw one that we liked at Bob Mills Mitsubishi. We decided to go take a look at it and it was the best decision we ever made. We were greeted by a very friendly and enthusiastic front desk who led us to our sales rep Christian. Now I will be the first to admit that I cannot stand shopping for cars and I hate dealing with sales people especially car salesmen, but if I can give an award to the best Salesman I ever dealt with it would go to Christian. His knowledge of the auto industry is truly unmatched. But the best part of my experience was that he was not pushy, or tried to talk us out of anything but was genuinely concerned and determined to get us into the vehicle that fit our needs. In

We have bought a few cars from here and always had a good experience until today. I wasted my whole morning here being told that it was a possibility to make what I wanted happen to be told to go home and come back to only waste my entire evening to be told the deal that was shown to us the trade we had was not even in! Not once did we say we did not want to trade our car for the new car, not to mention I was passed between two salesmen and had to start all over from the beginning when I had been there a huge part of my day. I am very disappointed about what happened today.

My husband and I took our 2013 Passat in for an oil change and Multi-Point inspection on Monday.
