Worst place my check engine light came on 2 days after i purchased my car. They said it was the sensor then they kept my car 1 week and when i got it back 3 days later the check engine light came on again. Idk how this car passed inspection also they claim it was JUST a sensor i take it back for both sensors to be replaced and then 3 days later my check engine light comes on again now they say we can nolonger help you we did everything we HAD to by law. And to followup with my warrenty. Each time I went to the dealership for my car i had to wait several hours i once got there at 930 and waited for service until 230 pm smh crazy time. But they do not care they just want that sale. Dont go to them

This dealership is a LIFE SAVER. They managed to get me in a car with poor credit! I even have a repo from a couple years ago on my credit. I’m not sure how they did it but they made it happen. Nice warranty options as well.

UPDATED MAY 2024 = IF YOU ARE A DC RESIDENT AND WAS VICTIMIZED BY BOB AND PAUL AUTO MALL AND FINANCED WITH SENSIBLE AUTO, PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE DC OAG OFFICE OF CONSUMER PROTECTION IMMEDIATELY!!!! DAY 1 DOOR HANDLE FELL OFF. TOOK THEM OVER 45 DAYS TO FIX THIS. BOUGHT A TRUCK FROM THEM AND OVER 60 DAYS LATER TRUCK STILL NOT FIXED, THEY WILL NOT COMMUNICATE WITH YOU. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO A SIDE SHOP OR MECHANIC TO HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SIT FOR WHO KNOWS HOW LONG.

Buyer Beware! I bought a car 3 months ago and still have not got a title. I have called 100 times and NO ONE cares. Then I was told I have to pay $600 for the title when I paid for the car in cash. The check engine light was on they did something to make it go off but a few hours later it was back on. I still do not have a title, the number they gave me to call is a cell with a full voicemail. The place is suspect the people are even more suspect and if you do business with these people you will have regrets. I do!!
