Recently, I had some damage to my Ford F350 and I called Bob Ruth Ford Service with some questions and to figure out a scope of work. I dealt with Kaylee and from the initial contact, to her setting me up to communicate via text and then ultimately the final product with them making the repairs, it was a great customer service experience. They were able to get me in within a couple days, told me exactly what they were going to do and the repairs were top-notch. They also let me slide in an oil change last minute, which was very much appreciated! I would highly recommend them for any kind of service needs for your car or truck in Dillsburg and throughout Central PA.

While on our way to Pennsylvania from New York we lost the top rail of the tailgate on our 2013 F-350. We went into Bob Ruth Ford and Jeremy in the parts department was magnificent!! He was extremely nice, personable, well spoken and put us at ease immediately! He had the part we needed overnighted to the dealership.
