I don't usually let a bad receptionist affect my view of a business, however, this receptionist was exceptionally condescending and insensitive. My car was towed here after my collision, so Ken Doll was one of many numbers I would have to call to get things sorted out with my car, insurance, etc. The first time I called, all of my questions were answered with half-baked, demeaning responses. I eventually ended the call, dumbfounded, but didn't have enough time to take it personally. My second and last call took place after I had things sorted out with StateFarm, and I had called to ask if I could simply swing by Ken Doll to pick up whatever possessions were left in my car. The response I got, in all its condescending glory, was "Have you even seen your car? I don't think there's much left.

I think they are the best mechanics around! I’m so blessed I found them. I have a mobile dog grooming van that a lot of places won’t work on because the size and weight of it. Plus garages that will work on it seems to have it forever! At Ken Dolls it so different. They always get me back on the road as soon as possible! The customer service is amazing! I didn’t have a ride to get my van one of the times and they picked me up for free! They also towed my van on their rollback before because AAA refused to tow it. I can’t thank them enough for all the help they provided me! I feel like they totally care about the customers and I don’t think they would ever rip me off. It’s nice having a mechanic I totally feel I can trust!!
