I recently had an excellent experience with my Bob Smith salesman, Joel Hines. I texted him and we quickly negotiated a very fair price on a new Mazda. I placed a deposit and arrived from Idaho the next weekend to pick the car up. Everything was as advertised, Joel was prepared for our arrival and topped off the car, and I was headed down the road in about 20 minutes. I've purchased many cars in many states and have never had such an easy and professional experience. Zero pressure to purchase protection packages, warranty, financing, and none of the games that are sadly frequent in this industry. I would happily do business again here in the future, and highly recommend.

We were greeted quickly by Joel and he listened to us about what we were looking for. Joel has a lot of vehicle knowledge and that helped us immensely. We purchased our vehicle and the financial process was quick and easy. Joel, then showed us how to use the app and computer screen and made sure to answer all of our new vehicle questions. Matt has a no pressure sales approach. He was very knowledgeable about the Enclave I purchased, which is impressive considering Bob Smith's isn't a Buick dealership. He even hooked up my phone to the bluetooth in the new car before I drove away.
