It’s such a great feeling to have a local mechanic you can truly trust. They’re honest, professional, and make the entire experience easy and stress-free. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I have receieved since bringing my vehicle to Bob and Sons. Ian and his wife Stacey have been a pleasure to work with. I first brought my vehicle in for an inspection. My husbands passed with flying colors obviously as it is rather new but with mine I was told I needed rotors and breaks. They priced it out and told me i could have them done or bring it elsewhere. They also sadly ended up popping one of my tires which they replaced free of charge (rightfully and were super upfront and apologetic). With any vehicle you need to be prepared for additional costs coming... I declined the breaks and got a second opinion. The other place told me my breaks were fine for inspection but had many other "suggestions" as well. I asked if they price matched and

I have lived in this area for 10+ years and not been satisfied with either reliability or price of other shops. I took a chance on Bob and Sons this year mainly because of the name. I gravitated toward a family owned business. This family has been wonderful to do business with. Repairs are done well, efficiently and thoroughly. I'm not a knowledgeable car person, so I have to trust that a service shop will be honest. So far, Bob and Sons has treated me well. Ian explains every aspect of a repair or replacement without the feel of 'man 'splaining'. And I believe he's honest. Having the option of a loaner is essential so I can go to work and not cancel my clients. All in all, I'm 100% satisfied.

I am very grateful to have found this automotive shop after years of having bad luck with other shops that weren't honest. I had a wonderful experience and I can say they have now become my permanent automotive shop after today's first visit. They're honest, kind, and were able to schedule me in immediately. I recommend this place to anyone. they’re honest and very thorough you ever had anyone sit on the phone with you to explain every line item that your car needed down to a T so you completely understood what it needed and what is more important to fix ?? no ? well Ian did that for me and he didn’t have to but he did and he didn’t try to upsell or over charge me. They were very honest and even gave me advice. also Stacy is an amazing administrator for that business. very sweet and helpful . Ian also checked my new car for free, and let me keep my old car there until do what I wanted to do with it:) much respect to this team!
