Wow, I was informed of a recall and called to schedule that service. I was told I would be contacted by Mr. Grimes to schedule. The next day I was contacted and scheduled for a home visit that coming Monday. On Monday, Mikal called to say he was coming a little earlier and was that ok. Mikel arrived prior to our appointment, answered some questions for me regarding the recall dnd began the repair work. Soon thereafter the work was complete and he explained my paperwork would be forthcoming via computer. Thank you for excellent communication, work and service.
