It was a while back that I had work done on my car at Bob Zook's but I have nothing but positive things to say. To take it back to what all was done. My couple month old GTI had a run in with a deer that did some pretty significant damage to the passenger side. I was pretty upset and worried about finding a body shop that could match the cornflower blue color. My brother recommended me to Bob Zook's because, he had work done on his mustang that turned out flawlessly. Armed with that knowledge, I took my gti up there where I met Bryan. Got an alignment done on my 1990 Miata just a couple weeks ago, the folks at Bob Zook not only did a great job, but went out of their way to provide a great experience! I mentioned that I autocross the vehicle, and while they were performing work they called to double check the alignment specs and they suggested a slight variation for improved handling performance. The car drives like a dream now! Hands down the best auto shop experience I've ever had, in Bloomington or otherwise. I WILL be a repeat customer.
