Really good experience but a few hiccups. Troy the GM was really good and honest to deal with and Trent in the shop who set up my camper was top notch. I travelled 2 trips in three days 1,000 miles each trip to trade multiple items for a new camper. I never felt like my time was wasted because they knew I had a big drive back home both times I went there. Chris the finance guy could fine tune his skills a bit more. Trade values were given to me without checking for accuracy, pay off on my trade was “guessed” and not confirmed through my bank so I had to come up with an extra $631 2 weeks after the transaction after I was told that there was enough wiggle room in the purchased camper to accommodate any differences. We had been researching RV Toy Haulers for about a year and decided which one we wanted. We found the exact model at Bobby Combs RV Center in Caldwell Idaho, which is quite a drive from where we live, just outside of Portland Oregon. Our salesman’s name is Robin and he was great at helping us work out what i feel is a really great deal, so we went ahead and drove to Idaho. Jim from the shop did a very thorough walk through and taught us everything about our coach, from front to back. I have a load leveling sway bars and hitch that i brought with and Jim even helped me install it all on the new trailer. Jeremy the finance manager got us financing and helped with all the paperwork. I purchased a 2014 Voltage toy hauler sight unseen from Chris at Bobby Combs RV. Chris was very responsive and helpful—until they received my money. He told me the RV had undergone a thorough inspection, and their service manager had signed and certified it as having zero issues, aside from a few very small graphic defects. Upon delivery from Bobby Combs, the RV had a broken table, a cracked floor, a bent ladder, a non-working main living room TV, a non-functioning furnace, and no keys or title. They agreed to send me a new table, claiming the original had fallen off the bed and broken during transport. I wasn’t happy about all the undisclosed damage, but I decided I could live with it. The staff here is amazing especially Zak in service! He has been able to fix every issue we had when we first went to them with an issue another dealer failed to fix and he did fast! We just bought another RV and it was from them as they didn't have what we wanted but found it walked us through it and are making sure all the upgrades we need are on it now.

Stepping into the office, we immediately were greeted with smiles and felt welcomed and taken care of. John welcomed us in with warmth, care, and consideration, making sure to take in all of our wants and ultimately showing us our new RV! Every question answered which put us at ease with our big new purchase. (also, anywhere that can laugh and share some jokes, you know is the right place to be) The customer service is top notch! Chris in the financing department happily helped every step to get us the best rates and worked with us to make sure we understood all the details of our loan. Service department installed all of our needs for towing the 5th wheel and they were FAST!
