Hard to get waiting appointments less than a month out for a inspection or minor repair...even so they will provide a loaner car which is appreciated

I've been a Bobby Rahal Honda customer for many years because of their Service Dept. In particular, I have received outstanding service from Jonathan Bair. He gave me expert advice in a manner that was courteous and went beyond my expectations. Because of him I'll keep coming back to Bobby Rahal Honda.

Would give it zero stars if I could. First time, they did not calibrate our camera correctly and disclaimed any responsibility. This last time, when I was in there for a recall, they asked if I wanted to have my oil changed, I said yes. At the end of the day, at pickup, they said they forgot to do it and then asked to keep it another day. I said ok. When I picked up, they didn't even redo my maintenance reminder so the oil light kept going off (and I had to figure out how to reprogram and dismiss it myself).

I don't go anywhere else. Bought my Honda through this dealership two years ago. Routine maintenance and new tires have been my experience. Scheduling is easy. Service is done quickly. Prices are very fair. No problems ever.

Great place to take your Honda for inspection! They're honest, courteous, very professional & have great online scheduling w/ text message alerts & reminders. Very streamlined operation... Nice lounge with free Wi-Fi so you can get work done while you wait and vehicle is usually ready sooner than expected. You'll get a text message when it's done and you can text service advisor on ETA. Very impressed! Honest and trustworthy service department. Thank You!!!
