I brought my car here for an oil change/tire rotation, radiator flush and fill, and a tire sensor replacement and was highly impressed with our service. They were very good at communicating the process of those services as well as letting me know I also needed an engine air filter replacement without pressuring me to do so but also letting me know the pros/cons of doing it. Jared was super helpful at checkout by printing out important info about my car and he even stayed a little late so we could get it before close!

My car is almost 10 years old so I wasn’t surprised when several things came up on the recommended service list. Jared was very helpful. He walked me through the list explaining what was the highest priority and what could wait. No high pressure sales pitch, just good information. I appreciate that and will be back soon to start checking things off the list.

I had a wonderful experience working with Jared while buying new tires. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient, taking the time to explain my options and help me choose what was best for my car. I’ve also consistently had great experiences with their service department in the past. The work is always done well, the pricing is fair, and I never feel pressured. Needed to have a lot of things done to my old Jeep that I decided to keep.. shout out, especially to jerad whose communication and follow up was excellent. he helped me understand and discussed the cost benefit of putting so much money into an old vehicle and we work together on what to be done and how to make it affordable for me. Took a little extra time, but it was clearly explained to me why and it was for the purpose of doing a good job so that was appreciated. Thanks jerad!!!
