Bob's All Makes Auto Repair

Bob and his team are awesome! Bob gave me a great deal for tires and brakes on my truck! Bob always provides me with a ride home, which makes things much smoother. Bob will be my mechanic of choice for all my future vehicle maintenance.

I have using Bob's since they relocated to Pasadena. Nice to have a local, honest and price competitive auto service locally. Bob, and they lady who works the counter are extremely friendly and down to earth. I have never been "upsold" if something is not wrong they tell you. I will keep coming back.

Took my car in to have them look at a leaky tire; Matt was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly when he checked me in. Within a couple of hours, he called to tell me the problem and it was fixed right away. Great service, reasonable price, and good work.

My car was vibrating on idle and I took it to Bob’s at 8 am. They took the car, told me they would take care of it. They call me 2 hours later, telling me the cause of the shaking was a faulty engine mount and the repair would cost $300. I agreed, and I get to the place at 3 pm, they said ALL of my engine mounts are faulty and need to be replaced but they said most of the vibration was gone from just replacing one. I gave them the money, got in the car, drove, and the vibration was still there. When I called them about it, they said they didn’t have time to replace the rest of the mounts, and it would actually cost even more to replace the others. An engine mount is a rubber gasket that doesn’t take that much time to replace, so they probably shoved my car to the side because someone else

Charged a very reasonable price, very kind, and was able to work me in same day, which was absolutely incredible for my situation. Thank you so much!
