Literally made my car worse??? We tried to get it looked at for something else by someone we regularly go to and they said that the work done broke my car MORE.

They say 5 stars is a perfect review BUT …. There is not enough stars in the sky that I wouldn’t give to BOBS AUTO CENTER !!!! You want a honest review. Keep on reading … well my 83 year old mother got in a accident. we called the insurance company they said to take it to quality Collision so we complied long story short quality collision TOTALED my mothers car . we told the insurance company we wanted to take it for a second opinion of our choice they said it’s going to be a waste of time .that the outcome wouldn’t change!! But they let us anyway … so it was taken to BOBS AUTO and the owner Freddy polisky looked over the vehicle and decided That it could definitely be fixed For well under the amounts that we were quoted that Totaled her vehicle in the first place !!!😡 Fred and his

Great service!!!! Took my car in due to an accident. The moment I called Bobs it was smooth sailing! Fred kept me informed every step ! It was done super fast, and the work is beautiful 🤩 I would highly recommend this place to anyone and now it’s going to be my go to for any of my car needs .

I'm giving Bob's Auto 5 stars because they came and got our car when the other places we called would not even answer their phone or return our call. Considering the shape our car was in, they got it back on the road for us. Yes, it was a bit costly, but then car parts aren't cheap anywhere you go. They did everything they could to find parts we needed for our Audi at a reasonable price...but parts for Audi's don't come cheap...not even older models like ours. So far I am very satisfied with their service. :)
