I was very undecided about leaving a review as I dislike having to do anything like this. However I feel that I should to hopefully help what happened to me at Bob’s maybe not happen to someone else in the future. I came in over the summer for body and paint work on my car due to an accident. My headlights were brand new and not damaged as I had just replaced them two months prior. I have a 2017 Camry that I take very good care of. When I went to pick my car up I was in a bit of a rush. Being the trusting person that I am I jumped and left. Didn’t notice that my headlights had been swapped while the bottom front panel was replaced. When I did notice I was furious of course. I still am.
