We were on vacation and touring Rocky Mountain National Park when our truck broke down. After waiting 5 hours for our tow truck, we were able to get the truck to Bob's right at closing time. Bob stayed a few minutes late to take a look at our truck. He told us he should be able to replace the broken u-joint first thing the next morning. He fixed the truck at a very fair price, and we were able to continue our trip. Bob and his receptionist were very knowledgeable and helpful and turned a very scary situation into a small hiccup on our trip. I highly recommend this shop!

If I could give Bob 10 stars I would. If you are traveling anywhere near Rocky Mountain National Park and need anything done on your truck/vehicle, this is where you need to stop! Our truck was having an issue pulling our camper into RMNP, and Bob was able to get us squared away! Honest, fair pricing, and very prompt work. He gave me some things to look out for on our trip back home. Highly recommend this shop for any of your automotive needs!

This is the most honest, fair priced, and professional auto shop I've ever had the pleasure being a customer of. I am working seasonally in Estes Park, CO and brought my car in for repairs before heading back home. They helped me with pricing and showed so much compassion for my situation. We're from out of town and started leaking radiator fluid in the Rocky Mountain National Park. We were able to coast down to Bob's Automotive and catch Bob right before he closed the shop. Bob was very helpful, informative, and genuine. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got us fixed up same day. Thanks, Bob!

Bob and Sarah are not only professional but they are truly kind. I had to have my timing chain replaced on my 2015 Honda CRV and I understand it’s not an easy job to do. Bob didn’t hesitate. I just picked it up and my car is running great! I noticed other things he did as well to it. He went beyond the call of duty. I would recommend him to my anybody. Thank you Bob and Sarah!
