I had a nail in my tire and these folks were the only ones in town who would patch it on a Friday afternoon. Even though he had to finish 2 other jobs by end of day, Dorian said he would fit me in “even if he had to stay late”. And as promised, I was up and running by 5:00 and my weekend was saved! These guys are great!!!

Recently my car broke down in Rocky Mountain National Park. The tow truck driver suggested Dorian at Up Top Auto in Estes Park. I was pleasantly surprised at how honest and responsible Dorian, the owner, was in diagnosing the problem and getting me on my way. He is one of the friendliest and honest human beings I have ever met! They also offer rental car and U-Haul services. Go here, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

So bad!! At this point it’s almost laughable. I’ll give you the timeline. We called the day before & reserved a jeep. We agreed to pay $300 for the full day, with pickup around 9am. My husband gave his credit card over the phone to reserve. We also reserved a Rocky Mountain national Park timed pass for 10am-12pm. We figured that would give us plenty of time to collect the car and get to the park. We arrived around 9:30am on the pickup day and no one was there. We called multiple times & left voicemails. After waiting 45 minutes we left the property about 10:15am. We went by again at 10:50am to see if anyone was there, no one was. I called again & received no answer. I called once again at noon & finally received an answer. We informed them that we were there at the originally agreed upon

Truck brakes needed fixed immediately on road trip. Dorian got me right in and worked until 8pm on a Saturday night to get us back on the road. Great shop and great service.

I’m happy with the service here. It’s my 4th time with this shop and I’ll continue as long as I live in Estes. They have the ability to do alignment on tires, and most shops do not. If tires are not properly aligned it can cause so many problems. I’m so glad the shop could get my tires aligned. I think it’s the only shop in town that can do it. I’ve had tires put on at two other shops in town, and my tires were wrecked after one season due to the alignment being off. They are thorough with mechanical work as well. I feel I can trust my car and money with this shop.
