My husband & I have nvr had any problems with any repairs that Bob did on multiple vehicles of ours. If we did have something happen after repair then Bob always made it right without issues! His wife Michelle does her best at the counter & i luv walking in & hanging out with them for hrs while getting work done or just stopping in to say hello. Its a very friendly environment. I still call Bob for questions about repairs when I moved 2 hrs away!

I definitely WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone I know or don't know. I came inquiring about a car and witnessed an elder man get chewed out. Very unprofessional very clustered and hazardous looking work environment. I researched on the Better Business Bureau and seen a compliment and the owner never responded to the complaints. That's not how a business should be ran. It seems like from what I gather from others in the community is the same problem. Zero friendly customer service, overpriced and takes well longer than expected. Not to mention get a quote from them and then get a quote from some other repair shops and you will find your answers. I honestly can’t recommend this auto shop enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was visiting family. The woman at the front desk was so warm and friendly- it was like chatting with an old friend. She took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel completely at ease, which isn’t always the case at other shops. The service was fantastic- honest, quick, and done right the first time. They clearly take pride in their work, and it shows. What really stood out to me was the genuine care and personal touch they give to their customers. It’s rare these days to find a place where you feel so valued and comfortable. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, friendly place to get your car taken care of, I’d definitely recommend this shop. Had to give it a star to review. Didn't want to. Don't let their greetings fool you. Prices vary per customer. Many vehicles come back for some reason or, another. No organization skills for business, that's for sure. A couple of hours work, often turns into a day or, days.

I contacted Bob's for car issues. They told me they could do it on a Sat and would be done on mon or tues. I got no phone call or anything. Apparently the owner was in the hospital. Was sorry to hear that. After numerous searches to find someone who owns it I got in contact eith a family member who had Michelle contact me. She told me it would definitely be done that fri. Once again it's not done. She lied to me twice about it! They had my only key so I couldn't go get it. Finally after 2 weeks I got my key and took my car elsewhere. That's no way to run a business leaving clients hanging.
