They did a very fine job. Power staying on daughter's car is going out and they were able to get it in even before its appointment and was taken care of in a couple of days. Will definitely use them again.

Oliver-Ford in Plymouth, Indiana know how to treat their customers! I recently had my Lincoln in there for some work and I was very pleased with my overall experience. I was greeted with a smile and friendly atmosphere. The waiting room was comfortable and inviting. I was made aware of what service I was having done (a factory recall issue) and about how long it would take. They let me know how the service was coming along. Overall, I had a very pleasent experience.

This is vehicle #5 from Oliver Ford, and we will return in the future! Our salesperson, Larry, is honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable…I truly feel he is one of the best in the business. Abby and Stone were amazing to work with on this new lease contract. AND, I love it when I see a business owner front and center interacting with customers. That is exactly what I have seen John doing on several occasions when I’ve been in for service and when we were picking up our new 2025 F150. And it was a late pickup on a Friday evening!

I was very pleased with the mobile service I received. I was able to continue to work from home while not having to take time off to have my vehicle serviced. The young man that came out, dispite being a cold winters day, was friendly and courteous. He didn't seem to rush thru just to avoid the cold. I GREATLY appreciated this service that was offered!
