I had a great experience at Bob’s Auto Mechanic Shop. I brought in my 2019 Ford Ranger for an oil change and a recommended transmission flush. Brandon was the go to technician for the job and he explained that it might help with the stutter I was starting to notice at slow cruising speeds. I decided to go ahead with it — and I’m glad I did. The flush completely fixed the issue! The truck is running smooth again, and I really appreciate that he took the time to properly diagnose and suggest the right service instead of just doing the basic oil change. Honest, knowledgeable, and professional. You can tell it’s a great family-owned company that cares about their customers. Would absolutely recommend them to everyone!

Hello, I absolutely do not recommend this repair shop. I went in for a diagnosis of an engine problem, which they never provided. The engine was vibrating with misfiring pistons in cylinder bank 2, and they told me there was no code even though the engine light was flashing. They suggested it might be antifreeze leaking into the piston. The actual problem is the VVT ​​valve, and when I went back to complain, they didn't respond and told me I should have returned sooner. They charged me for an incorrect diagnosis. They are scammers who will take advantage of people who don't know anything about mechanics.
