Bob's Motorcycles

Absolutely hands down, the best Ducati dealership for service and sales in the DMV area! Dustin and the team always makes it the best service experience possible! I have serviced numerous types of motorcycles at Bob’s Motorcycles and will also keep my brand new Panigale serviced there too. Yale is an excellent brand specialist and will help you get the best deal and experience at Bob’s Motorcycles! Robyn and Todd were also helpful in my purchase and made the process easy. There is no other place that I would consider going to other than here, they have the best staff and prices in the DMV area.

I knew my bike needed an oil change and a normal inspection after a season of riding, and as I had made an appointment with another bike shop closer to my house a week in advance, I was excited to get it done. After all, I thought "an oil change" anybody can do. Unfortunately, when the day came, turned out this other shop didn't have the proper filter, nor even knew BMWs. As I had taken the day off to get the bike serviced, I was frustrated. Now what? So I called Bob's Motorcycles right there and then and just asked if they'd be able to take me in last minute. I was in luck. With incredible sympathy and super friendly customer service, they just said "come on over"! I did, and I'm so glad I did. Dustin took me in and Steve, a very experienced bike mechanic worked on the bike. The simple fa

Awesome experience. They are willing to deal and give you no pressure sales. Austin is Employee of the Year. Picked up a 2026 R1300 GSA and couldn't be happier with the overall experience. Actually let you test ride. 100% recommend.

I have had great service from Bob’s on every bike I have owned since 1997. Recently I needed help with a problem on my 2000 K1200RS. The service team made quick work of this and got me back on my bike in short order. I still do a lot of my own maintenance but you can’t put a price on peace of mind I get from having Bob’s on my side as well. Keep em flying!

Buyer beware: this shop seems fond of ChatGPT-style descriptions that are, shall we say, aspirational, and prices to match. Case in point: Bob’s currently advertises a 1250RT with active (adaptive) cruise control… despite the small inconvenience that it doesn’t actually have it. No radar sensor, no distance button, just optimism. Strongly recommend that new buyers bring along a mechanically savvy friend before committing, or alternatively save yourself the theatre and browse Cycle Trader instead. A glossy listing isn’t the same thing as an accurate one.
