Caliber collision did and excellent job, kept me updated along the way, sent text updates and phone calls the whole time. They made sure to take care of my concerns and the fine details, they used my old windows and put them in the new doors so that the tint would match and so that I wouldnt have to go anywhere else to try and match the tint. They also washed my car and it looked great when I picked it up, the paint matched perfectly, the people were nice, it was a great experience and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their car repaired. They work with every insurance company and do a great job.

Mrs. Fuentes did an awesome front bumper replacement and even vacuumed and washed my car. Car ready sooner then expected. Great experience overall and would definitely return here again!

I was hit by a semi tractor trailer in the beginning of January and the team at Caliber in Jessup, MD were nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process. My service advisor, Aracelis, and the techs who worked on my vehicle were absolutely wonderful. Aracelis kept me updated on my vehicle repairs every step of the way. My car was repaired timely and efficiently despite a historic winter snow/ice storm in our area. When delivery delays arose due to the storm, Aracelis took it upon herself to ensure my rental vehicle was extended and I cannot thank her enough.
