Terrible company.. really wish Google would allow ZERO stars so I could give it to them. Overcharged me on repairs and ADDED ON EXTRA REPAIRS WITHOUT INFORMING ME. Notice all the bad reviews have a ton of likes and the good reviews have barely any (fake reviews obviously).. STAY FAR AWAY!! Plentyy of good shops in Temecula with fair practice and good ethics.

Took my car in to Body Works after a fender bender. They were very up front with the parts, pricing and timeframes to do the repair. They even found a part on sale from the dealer and passed the savings on to me - something the other guys I got an estimate from did not do. They matched the paint perfectly and the car looks great. I can't say enough about their staff. The communication was excellent throughout the process. They exceeded my expectations.

Definitely recommend Christian and his staff. I unfortunately got hit and had to have my car repaired and I came here on the recommendation of the Toyota. Bodyworks constantly updated me on the status of my car. Kept in touch and made everything smooth. Looks like a brand new car! Definitely recommending to everyone!

Excellent customer service and work! We were rear ended and needed our bumper repaired. The insurance company was a pain to deal with but Monica did a great job of getting all repairs approved and covered. When the insurance company refused to pay for a rental, Body works collision staff made sure to get the parts in and do the repairs quickly so we weren’t without our van for long. They were so helpful and accommodating and our bumper looks great. I highly recommend them! Thanks again guys.
