These people are awesome... im a single momma with a four-year-old with a broke down transmission 6 hours away from home on a Saturday they reached out got my coverage all figured out so the warranty is good they're going to work on it now ordered me an Uber and everything to make sure I could get to my hotel safely. I highly recommend these people they have multiple Generations working for them and they've been around a long time five stars

I am not one to leave bad reviews, but as I depend on reviews to find quality business this one is necessary. Let me start by saying that Rick is very nice and the work that actually needed to be done to my truck was cheaper than what I thought needed to be done so I appreciate their honesty there. However, they replaced my driver side wheel hub assembly and tie rods on my F-150. I brought the truck back in a day after I picked it up because there was a notable knocking sound with the rotation of the driver side tire that was not there before the work was done. They lifted the truck and told me that my TPMS sensor had broken off and that’s what was causing the noise but they couldn’t repair it. Rick and his technician were so nice and helpful to me when I had a tire issue as I was traveling alone and had a very long way to go. They checked it out and calmed my nerves and I was on my way. No charge, and such nice people. I highly recommend this place!

I came into Boerne Car Care with a ton of hail damage and insurance telling me it was too expensive to fix. I brought it to Rick and he said he could get it done. Rick was very helpful through the whole experience and made my car look new again for a fraction of the quote given to me by insurance. Highly recommended for any work needed.

I will keep this short and sweet,...I went in completely blind to Boerne car care...I was just hoping for knowledgeable staff and honesty. Pay once, cry once...I have been to shops where I cried several times...meaning I had to repeatedly take my vehicle to have something fixed over and over..and pay over and over. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work that the guys did on my truck. Above and beyond what I expected.....I received update calls and photos of the progress and I never even asked so it was great that I got it without asking. My truck hasn't felt this great to drive in YEARS! I have found my new shop...if you have car problems or want some custom work....Rick, Brandon and Jarod and the rest of the crew will take care of you. I'm very pleased
