B.O.G TIRE SHOP

Super Rude and unprofessional. Needed a patch and said he had no time. So I Wanted to buy a tire then instead & the guy wasn’t interested in talking. Said he had other cars to work on. No help at all while I’m standing there with a flat tire. He didn’t even have to put the damn thing on either

Good shop will go again good prices only thing is I had to educate the owner they can't charge 8.25% sales tax for services unless they sold an item they didn't they performed a service only. They told me it was a credit card processing fee... Credit card processing fees are 2.4% also it is prohibited by the square payment processing company they use as it is illegal in the state of Texas to charge credit card processing fees. As long as they irs never audits them they should be safe but was the only shady thing I witnessed my first visit to their shop. Owner wouldn't remove the 8.25% charge I walked away was really only $5 basically so enjoy the $3 beer you saved me money and I found a good shop the other $2 was for the free credit card processing fee.

Very rude! Would not recommend services. Was trying to stop and get services while trying to switch vehicles with my children especially one with special needs with me. Threaten to call the cops and instructed me to leave his private property without even asking questions. While my children were screaming crying. Doesn’t know how to speak English well. Disregards his competitors so much he runs off new customers. Will never come back again.

I took my car to his shop for alignment, he absolutely done nothing after wasted my precious time. I have to take the Lexus to another place for proper alignment because He has no details and records of what he did on the car. Never and ever go to his place for anything again.

I have taken my vehicle to this shop for all my truck needs. The owner is reliable and trustworthy they don't try to sell you something you don't need. I will continue to rely on BOG Tire shop for all my repairs.
