"Boise Volkswagen" Service

Went in without an appointment for a "service inspection soon" light that's been on for a week or so. Michael H. diagnosed the car on the spot and helped me better understand what the purpose of that light was, since nothing was wrong or needed as far as work needing to be done. Really happy to have this intricate and complicated car worked on by people I feel I can trust not to rip me off. I'll stay loyal to this service department if they keep treating me like this.

Evelyn greeted me at the front door with a warm welcome. She was amazing during our id.4 test drive and purchase experience and with follow-up on id.4 features. She and the rest of the support team treated us as if it was our 10th car purchase at VW of Boise. Much appreciated

Tom was great. No pressure to my wife as she shopped. He was able to make the purchase quick and simple for me. All staff members kinda and helpful.

Just bought my 2023 ID.4 from Jeff. He was so friendly and answered all my questions since I’m new to the EV world. We test drove it without any pressure to buy and when we got back he was kind enough to let us decide again without pressure. Everyone there was friendly. Thank you VW team! -Sam

Nice people but I’ve had to take my car in 3 times now within a week for the same check engine light. Unfortunately not very competent.
