Bolla car wash

Overpriced. Paid $22 just for an exterior wash.. they didn’t even hand dry the car because “there was no clean dry rags” because it was too cold. But they were drying other cars that paid for interior premium washes. Discriminating my “cheap” pay option. I have a brand new car. Inside is clean just needed exterior. The man at the register said this happens all the time and no one complains. The picture I am providing is salt that didn’t come off from the wash. Let me clarify. It was not the workers outside giving me issues.

Overpriced and not a good job. I’ve come here since I started driving 10 years ago when it was Express 55. Now it’s been taking over by Bolla. Gold wash went from $30 to $45. They cleaned it with dirty towels. The car has a terrible smell. I asked them if they put the scent, they said’d they put it. I went back in the car and it smelled worse. Will not be coming here again:( they also dont do the hole punch cards anymore.

I recently had my car washed and paid $45 plus a tip. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. The vehicle was left almost in the same condition as before, and despite specifically asking the attendant to clean it thoroughly, the job was not done properly. Considering the price charged, the service was not worth the cost.

Absolutely absurd what they charge for what you get. Should of just went to Mr.Suds in Bayshore same price and car is completely clean inside out. Outside wash was mediocre and inside wasn't even cleaned what a waste and joke of a place.

Got the cold wash, which is most expensive and gave the guys five dollars before he started and five dollar tip after they finished and I made sure I told him please wipe everything down my radio and cupholders. They never did the worst car wash I ever seen in my life. I gave $55 including tips and my car still looks dirty
