He ‘fixed’ an issue with our Subaru. Less than 72 hours later the same issue reoccurred. He then had the car for just shy of a month. Says he couldn’t fix it. Took it to another garage and within 2 hours they told us the wrong part was put in which then caused further issues. I understand that part stores can give the wrong part, but own up to it, and troubleshoot the issue. Tried calling him numerous times to discuss the issue because now we have to pay another garage to fix it. He only wanted to text. Told him I wanted a call, and he asked for what? He even admitted that the manufacturer of the part he used was crap, but yet he installed it? I have been trying to discuss these things over the phone but he only wants to text. Mistakes happen, but it’s how you attempt to resolve it!
