My first experience with Bommarito Toyota’s service department made me a customer for life. I had just come from a competitor located 16 miles west, where I left feeling discouraged and frustrated. The experience at Bommarito Toyota was completely different it was truly exceptional. Service Advisor Jay greeted me promptly and asked how he could assist. I explained that I had a few light scratches on my vehicle that concerned me and asked if he could take a look. After assessing the situation, Jay called Body Shop Manager Chip over to provide his professional opinion. Together, they carefully evaluated the issue, explained their recommendations, and outlined options for correcting it. My customer service rep, Brandon P., was very personable & came straight to the point of what periodic maintenance my truck required based on  the mileage. Additional, he provided the prices.  Got the work done that my truck needed...no high pressure unnecessary service.

I purchased my car March 3rd. Mike Fraiser has awesome customer service skills. I was so impressed with my ENTIRE process. The service before and after the sale says a lot about a company. After a $10,000 motor rebuild I found out they did not change the motor mounts. i made this request in November 2024 when they redid the motor ---makes sense as the motor is out and easily accessible and the mounts are 10 years old. However I found out they did not do the motor mounts upon pickup and I needed a right u joint drive assembly. Ok I paid for the assembly and motor mount issue-- and found out on 8/22/25 (within the nov 2025 warranty time) that the lower motor mounts were not done. Now they want another $2,000-.00 to do this. In addition to this the front rubber skid plates have fallen off three times. I would suggest steering clear of this place because when I asked the service rep on 8/22/25 about the 12 month warranty he said he was not there at that time so he could not

The service department and crew is top notch! They made me feel at home from the time I pulled into the service area until the time I was done. I decided to wait for my vehicle because I felt appreciated. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Now I can’t wait to go back for my oil change! Phenomenal service!!
