Bond Auto Glass of Tampa Bay

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Their techs are incompetent as you can see on the pictures and video. On February 7th they butchered our car when putting a glass on. If they were not able to do the job without this amount of damage they should have said something and I would have never agreed to this. They acknowledged their wrong doing and yesterday, February 17th I was told the tech will be coming out to fix it. My son had to get off work early, they said they will be here from 2-6pm. NO ONE SHOWED UP. He lost 3.5 hours of pay. Today February 18th, 3 excuses on why no one showed up; the tech said he didnt know about the appointment, the female at the company said the tech had an emergency then finally the manager, Shawn informed us they didnt even order the parts to fix the car and they will

Terrible experience. Installed the glass and ruined all sensors and won't take responsibility for it. Claiming sensors were already failing but the test they took was after they made the sensors fail, an hour after the glass was installed. Thieves. Asked manager to call and nobody has called. Edit after reply: I've requested management calls since Monday. This has been going on all week.

I use these guys for a crack in my windshield. The first technician that they sent out Installed the windshield just fine, but the glass was warped. They sent someone else out yesterday to replace and now my windshield is leaking water, pouring rain into my truck through a speaker in the roof.

Jet was the technician who replaced my windshield. He was quick, efficient, and took pride in his workmanship. Give this man a raise!! I'd recommend him anytime. Wow, their front office staff and management are top quality people. I had an issue with my insurance but they were able to quickly resolve it in a matter of minutes. It's clear they value their clients, their employees, and reputation, I feel blessed.
