Take 5 Oil Change

Highly recommend this location! They get busy sometimes but they make sure you are comfortable and in and out when it’s your turn. Gavin was my service provider and he was a pleasure. Professional, knowledgeable and respectful! There was another gentleman as well who was just as great. Wish I caught his name.

Wow! What a great first visit! I came in a little unsure since I’m used to spending an hour or more at the dealership, so the idea of a 10‑minute oil change felt almost too good to be true. But the experience completely won me over. The team was transparent, efficient, and genuinely friendly. Demarcus stood out with his knowledge and the way he walked me through everything with confidence and ease. I left feeling impressed and taken care of. I’ll definitely be back!

I had an oil change yesterday with Jimmy and a young man and female. And I must say they all went above and beyond for me and my car to insure I was safe and everything was okay with my car. Very well mannered polite and sweet. Very active with the customers and made sure I left the shop with a smile and relief. I definitely will be back again. Hoping that it will be the same crew I got to experience on 12/4/2025 at a little after 9 am . Thank you again crew

Guys were great. Had oil change with full synthetic. They also told me my radiator was low and asked if I it changed. I hadn’t so that was done as well. Also told me about an oil filter that cost $15? I thought the filter got changed every time you get a n oil change. Filter should be included in price.The prices are so high that I’m not going to be able to afford going back I remember when an oil change was $20. I don’t understand why it is so expensive at take 5

Well... Everyone was very nice. Offered us a water. Explained there different levels of prices. After we chose our oil package. They began ... There seemed to be a problem as 3 employees got involved When I asked. The knowledgeable younger girl said that the oil was overfilled and they were going to suck oil out. After many attempts she then asked me if she could empty it out and start again . I said sure. We were there close to a hour, everyone was apologetic. I used a 25% off coupon from groupon.
