WOW, where do I start to summarize our amazing experience with Chris?? Every part of working with him was fantastic: he's knowledgeable, friendly, astonishingly quick, and *absolutely* knows what excellent customer service looks like! If you need a 100% honest, very affordable car mechanic with 20+ years in the industry and a passion for helping people -- rather than ripping them off like so many other mechanics try to do, especially the big chains -- you have found him. I'd never understood the loyalty a lot of people have for their fav local mechanic, but after Chris absolutely saved our butts this past weekend, I definitely get it now. Thank you again, Chris! I called 2 places that never got back to me on an estimate, Chris got me in same day to fix a squeaky belt, had it fixed up quickly and sent me off with some new info and a quiet engine.
